Responsibilities

1. Manage the audit and review audits of financial (accounting) statements, as well as projects to provide audit-related services and consulting services to clients.

2. Participation in the preparation of commercial proposals.

3. Developing relationships with current clients, as well as identifying additional opportunities to expand the range of services provided (both auditing and consulting). Conducting long-term cooperation with existing clients.

4. Identify a list of potential clients, develop a strategy and action plan to attract them.

5. Regular monitoring of changes in the audit services market and the economic sectors in which clients operate. Based on the analysis of the collected information, the formation of new commercial offers to clients.

6. Identification and resolution of issues related to risks, as well as compliance with professional ethics and independence of auditors.

7. Participation in the planning of audit groups, setting the necessary tasks for conducting an effective audit.

8. Project budget management, comparison of actual costs with budgeted costs, excess analysis.

9. Holding a final meeting on the results of the work performed with the members of the audit team in order to identify possible improvements during the next audits.

10. Provision of the audit report for signature to the project director.

11. Assessment of the assistant and suoervisor's work at the end of the project.

12. Close cooperation with DPP department specialists during projects.

13. Participation in recruitment events and interviews, conducting trainings and seminars for employees and clients.

Requirements

1. Higher education;

2. Minimum 5 years of audit experience (experience in international audit firms will be an advantage);

3. Experience in applying IFRS and strong technical expertise;

4. ACCA, local lisence (SM) or a similar professional qualification.

5. Proffeciency at an upper-intermediate business English level to handle client communication and documentation.
