Accountant in Tax Department

KPMG Armenia is looking for an Accountant to join its Tax Department.

Work to perform includes but is not limited to:

• Responsible for daily processing of accounting data and monthly/ annual reporting routines for compliance clients
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports for compliance clients
• Prepare payroll calculations for compliance clients
• Prepare management reports for compliance clients
• Prepare statistic reports for compliance clients
• Preparing bank payment instructions based on client’s requests
• Perform other job-related duties of a tax team member, as assigned
• Communication with Client’s representatives
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with clients
• Generate new ideas and accounting/tax solutions

• University degree in accounting/finance/economics (MBA, MA desirable)
• 1-2 years of work experience in accounting/tax field
• Strong knowledge of RA tax and accounting legislation
• Good knowledge of RA labor legislation
• Good knowledge of accounting software (Armenian Software is preferable)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and deliver tasks in timely manner
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian (preferable)
• Readiness for intensive work and learning
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
